📋 Description

• Provide technical and design support. • Interface with customers and other field technicians. • Assemble and construct system assemblies. • Conduct test and debug electronic or electrical designs. • Provide and/or expedite project documentation. • Assist with organization, checking of documentation for new equipment. • Assist in production and/or manuals for new equipment. • Requisition parts and/or materials for projects. Prepare drawings and/or sketches, wire list, and parts list. • Review and correct documentation for projects. • Perform prescribed preventative maintenance, maintain PM records and reports. • Repairs and troubleshoots electronic, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment. • Technical support of mill and field equipment. • Program PLC and HMI • Program AC/DC drives. • Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-year technical degree and/ or experience in the related field. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • High level of technical ability. • Ability to solve complex problems and to relate technical knowledge to specific applications. • Domestic and some international travel. • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. • Must be able to stand in uncomfortable positions for some time. • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions. • Must be comfortable getting dirty, and/or working in contaminated areas. • Must be comfortable working at heights/manlifts.
