📋 Description
• Drive the product strategy and development process at Nova Credit • Transform customer needs into impactful product requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and design • Facilitate product adoption and conduct performance analysis • Report directly to the Head of Product in a full-time role
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product management • Comfortable writing your own SQL queries and building Mixpanel dashboards • Regularly talk to customers and synthesize insights with quantitative data • Navigate technical trade-off conversations with Engineering and debates with Design • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Balance between shipping fast and high quality • Bias toward action and an ownership mentality
