📋 Description
• The Product Manager (PM) manages business systems for mortgage servicing activities. • Acts as a liaison between Operations and Technology, gathering user requirements. • Completes analysis and converts business requirements into technical requirements. • Ensures accurate delivery of work product from development.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in business or computer science • Three to five years related experience in managing a product(s) • Thorough understanding of both traditional SDLC and agile principles • Working knowledge of ICE products and/or other commercially available CRMs • Knowledge and understanding of the mortgage industry • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, and meet tight deadlines • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization • High degree of integrity
