• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related technical field preferred • Four years of equivalent higher education and/or combination of education and technical experience • Strong communication skills in English and German or Polish required • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to 20 weeks per year • Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
