📋 Description

• Lead in all phases of the system development lifecycle including creating technical designs, program code, test plans, and verifying test results. • Shall apply standards, principles, and techniques of project management to monitor, control, and direct completion of all requirements, from receipt and initiation through planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, transition, and closure. • Responsible for the schedule and technical performance of the project. • Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. • Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. • Develops new business or expands the project with the customer. • Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and operational to administrative areas. • Ensures all program risks identified early and assessed. • Directs mitigation activities and coordinates with Government stakeholders to ensure all risks and issues are addressed and resolved. • Ensure work is completed with high quality. • Drives continuous improvement. • Identifies root causes of performance gaps, and formulate corrective action plans for improvement with area team members. • Monitor program progress and make recommendations when needed. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required! • Minimum of Five (5) years of which at least three (3) years must be relevant program management work experience related to software development. • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently or under minimal general direction • Must be able to analyze user needs to determine functional requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Led systems integration projects within the DoD. • Experience implementing or maintaining Data technologies. • PMP certification is highly desirable.
