📋 Description

• North Stone is hiring a System Administrator who will ensure the set up and maintenance of our servers. • You will be responsible for managing servers, configuring networks, maintaining software, and implementing security protocols. • This involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing timely support to end-users. • You'll also play a key role in system backups, updates, and disaster recovery planning. • Your work will require collaboration with other SA’s to maintain a cohesive and efficient environment that supports the organization's operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required! • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science • 5+ years of experience working on DOD government systems • 5+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator. • Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance • Experience with: Azure GovCloud server builds and management • Applying DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) • Cyber security processes for obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) • Interfacing with cyber security personnel • Working with Active Directory • Creating and maintaining group policies • Splunk, System Center Operations Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager • Working with .NET developers assisting troubleshooting and deploying code releases • Using GitLab is a plus • Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Good analytical and communication skills • Proficient In: Windows Operating Systems • Internet Information Services • Active Directory • Group Policy Management • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently, collaborate closely, and bring other admins up to speed on your work rapidly and thoroughly.
