Description

• accountable for planning, executing and reporting of assigned Global Drug Development studies • single point of contact and study team lead for assigned studies • supports SSO Study Start-up Manager in study execution plans • drives the conduct of the study and maintains relevant reporting systems • ensures recruitment targets are met and oversees study team activities • tracks study close-out activities with CRAs and key stakeholders • conducts or coordinates training for CRAs • monitors quality and issue resolution through study monitoring visit reports • supports continuous improvement initiatives • monitors site budget and contract negotiations

Requirements

• degree in scientific or health discipline required • advanced degree preferred • fluent in English • minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research • capable of leading in a matrix environment • understanding of all aspects of clinical drug development • strong project management capabilities • thorough understanding of international standards (GCP/ICH) • demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills • communicates effectively in a matrixed environment
