Description

• We are looking for a tech-savvy individual with a passion for health and older adult care and a clinical and operational leader mindset to join our growing team. • Isaac Health offers medical consultations, therapy sessions, and cognitive assessments for the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s and Dementia Related Disorders (ADRD). • The position will join our team to help us provide outstanding patient care through our innovative telemedicine platform. • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Care Navigation team, managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, and ensuring that we are providing the highest level of care to our patients and their loved ones. • This position will interact with and help manage multidisciplinary clinical providers and other members of patients’ care team to coordinate their care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. • 5+ years in healthcare management or clinical operations. • Clinical experience in social work and counseling, especially with older adults. • Proven ability to train and guide Care Navigators. • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. • Proficiency in telehealth technology.
