Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing optimization of ERP Systems (NetSuite), CRM (SFDC), and other critical enterprise applications. • Manage integrations between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise application packages. • Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and customizations to enhance system functionality. • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions and infrastructure. • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of cloud environments. • Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation. • Design, develop, and implement API integrations between ERP Systems and CRM. • Manage and troubleshoot system integrations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements. • Design and implement scalable and efficient IT systems architecture. • Develop and maintain system documentation. • Identify opportunities for process automation and integration improvements. • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs. • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. • Lead IT projects from conception to completion. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners. • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for ERP Systems and other applications. • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability. • Stay current with technology trends and best practices. • Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • 8+ years of experience in IT management, system architecture, ERP/CRM implementation, API/system integration, and cloud technology. • Proven experience with ERP Systems (NetSuite), CRM (SFDC), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and other enterprise application packages. • Strong expertise in API development, integration technologies, and tools. • Experience with scripting languages and Salesforce development is a plus. • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and data management. • Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or similar methodologies. • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Relevant certifications are highly desirable. • Understanding of InfoSec guidelines and principles.
