Description

• Looking for a Customer Engineer with expertise in video technologies • Responsible for delivering customized software solutions, managing projects, and providing advanced technical support • Help ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality video technology solutions tailored to clients' needs • Lead software projects, ensuring they meet client needs and deliver expected results • Conduct thorough quality checks and support clients through testing phases • Create user manuals and train internal teams on new video solutions • Provide top-tier support for video technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Background in project management and customer service • Proven track record in delivering software solutions focused on video tech • Expertise in video streaming technologies like HLS, SSRT, and DASH • Familiarity with video codecs and network setups (H.264, MPEG-TS, etc.) • Proficient in scripting with JavaScript, Python, and Node.js • Solid understanding of networking and Linux system management • Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus) with excellent communication skills • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities • Self-driven with a proactive approach to project ownership
