Description

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of customer-focused projects. • Ensure projects meet client expectations in terms of quality, scope, and timelines. • Oversee multiple projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams. • Build strong customer relationships and provide updates. • Identify risks and challenges, create mitigation strategies, and manage scope changes. • Ensure high-quality solutions and oversee user acceptance testing for client approval. • Manage resources and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets. • Collect client feedback to improve processes and services.

Requirements

• Project Management, Business, or Engineering degree. • Familiar with video protocols (HLS, SSRT, DASH) and tech (H.264, MPEG-TS); networking experience is a plus. • 3+ years in customer-focused or technical roles; know Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Strong at managing multiple projects and communicating effectively. • Self-driven with a keen focus on customer service. • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
