📋 Description
• Lead the Private Equity Stakeholder Project’s fundraising program • Develop and implement strategies to grow and diversify funding • Oversee day-to-day development operations and support staff • Manage key foundation relationships and individual donor programs • Foster a culture of philanthropy within the organization • Prepare development reports for the Executive Director
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of nine years of relevant fundraising experience • Mission-driven and results-focused • Strong writing skills for grant proposals and fundraising materials • Experience with donor databases/software • Success in identifying new foundation grants and increasing funds from individual donors • Strong oral communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
