Description

• Conduct scientifically rigorous research • Perform systematic reviews of scientific literature • Design and conduct various research studies • Gather, analyze, and interpret study data • Draft research study reports and submit to publications • Present findings at conferences • Collaborate with internal program owners • Maintain impact measurement tracking system • Analyze program data and develop evaluation reports • Prepare presentations to inform audiences

Requirements

• Master's degree in relevant fields and at least 6 years of relevant experience • OR Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience • Professional experience in applied research and public health • Familiarity with program evaluation methodology • Excellent organizational skills with project management experience • Self-motivated and collaborative • Flexibility in fast-paced environments • Comfort presenting to groups • Highly proficient in MS Office and statistical software • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Technical writing and analytical ability • Ability to present research results effectively
