🎯 Requirements

• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch – Essenziell für die Kommunikation mit Talenten in unseren wichtigen Märkten • Rekrutierungserfahrung – Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Agentur- und Inhouse-Rekrutierung, idealerweise in der professionellen Dienstleistungsbranche oder im IT-Bereich • Expertise im Sourcing – Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Web- und Social-Media-Quellen, Networking und Datenbanksuche • Interview-Erfahrung – Erfahrung mit verhaltens- und kompetenzbasierten Interviewtechniken • Technikaffinität – Erfahrung im Umgang mit Rekrutierungsdatenbanken (ICIMS bevorzugt) und Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) • Kenntnis des Arbeitsrechts – Bewusstsein für das deutsche Arbeitsrecht ist sehr wünschenswert • Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten – Fähigkeit, mehrere Prioritäten zu managen, Fristen einzuhalten und sich an Veränderungen anzupassen • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten – Souverän in der Kommunikation und Beeinflussung von einstellenden Managern und Kandidaten
