🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field • More than 5 years' experience in a similar role, a Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required • Meticulous attention to detail and process • Strong sense of ownership; full accountability for allocated responsibilities • Exposure to high-volume processing and fast-paced environment • Ability to work with tight deadlines and timeframes and multiple time-zones • Multi-tasking with ability to prioritise activities and develop practical solutions • Familiar with ERP system, preferably NetSuite and online banking software • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office applications • High level of drive, initiative and problem solving skills required • Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills • Strong sense of professionalism reflected in presentation of work, personal appearance and interactions with colleagues • Ability to go above and beyond normal day to day task • Agile mindset focused on delivery and business outcome • Solid relationship management and business partnering ability • Willingness to learn and grow
