You will play a vital role in designing, testing, and implementing behavioural science methodologies to drive engagement and long-term health behaviour change. While your primary focus will be developing behavioural programmes for Numan’s Obesity service, there may be opportunities to contribute across other health domains such as women’s health, men’s health, preventive services, and diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in therapeutic lifestyle change programme design, testing, and implementation, with a specific focus on behaviour change for obesity care (Obesity care SME). • Training and hands-on experience in behavioural design methodologies. • Experience working in hybrid care or digital health environments. • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, patient-facing content. • A background in lifestyle medicine disciplines such as nutrition, dietetics, or psychology. • Ability to plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using validated tools (data analytics support available).
