📋 Description
• Corporate Identity is a critical control point for Sophos. • We are looking for a technical manager to lead a team of 2-4 Identity SMEs. • This role is a mix of hands-on technical delivery and team leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Stakeholder management, including engagement with C-level executives • Hands-on experience with OIDC, SCIM, OAuth, PAM, and PIM solutions • Experience managing Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Active Directory • Understanding of identity governance and compliance controls • Experience with Saviynt or Sailpoint • Experience of SOC Type II, ISO and similar controls
