📋 Description

• Fresh New Business Manager - Home/Field Based • Identify and secure Corporate and Local accounts • Drive sales growth and build long-term relationships with clients • Win Commercial new business with customers whose fresh food spend ranges from £250,000 -£1M • Build cross functional relationships with prospect customers • Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets • Liaise and influence cross functional matrix team colleagues • Work with the new business implementation team to lead the launch of new business wins • Identify joint opportunities with Sysco GB group

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a new business development, with a successful track record in winning in multiple sectors and tender management • Superb customer relationship and rapport-building skills • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally • High level of structured solution selling and negotiation skills • Good commercial acumen and knowledge of the key profit levers • Results driven • Good knowledge of the Sysco GB business and/or the Hospitality / Catering marketplace • High energy levels and the ability to perform in a fast-moving and pressured environment and deliver to tight deadlines • Proficient with all aspects of technology when building presentations and evaluating tenders using Powerpoint and Excel
