📋 Description
• As an Immigration Case Manager on our Ellis Porter US Expansion Team, you will help global clients navigate the US immigration system involving nonimmigrant visas (primarily E-2 & L-1). • You will collaborate with Attorneys and manage various immigration cases and documentations relevant to client applications. • Track ongoing case status and update attorneys and clients of case progress while exhibiting excellent communication skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience working in the immigration field as an Immigration Case Manager or Paralegal, including experience with E-2 and L-1 visas • Ability to prioritize and manage a busy caseload in an efficient manner and consistent with numerous inflexible legal deadlines • Ability to collaborate professionally and effectively with team members • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • High level of attention to detail, organization, emotional intelligence, and empathy • Customer service orientation where you take pride in delivering highly-responsive and proactive client service • Passion for the immigration field
