As well, the industry leading intelligence provider to broadcasters, advertisers, and agencies. • We have been recognized for over 75 years as providing the gold standard in audience intelligence. • We have great people who do exceptional work. • We take pride in building an environment of continuous learning and career advancement opportunities. • Our teams are collaborative, curious, and dedicated to creating quality experiences. • The Senior Manager, Operations Systems & Data leads the strategic direction, modernization, and optimization of operational processes and systems within Data Transformation. • This role ensures the department evolves to handle complex data from multiple diverse inputs by integrating advanced methodologies and tools, positioning the organization at the forefront of data transformation. • The role focuses on aligning operations with corporate strategic initiatives, leveraging collaboration with Product, IT, PMO and Research teams to implement forward-thinking approaches that enhance scalability, efficiency, and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field. • Preferred: Certifications such as Agile Scrum Master or PMP. • 5-7 years of experience in operations management, data transformation, or related fields. • Proven experience implementing modern data methodologies and managing complex projects. • Expertise in advanced tools and systems, including Machine Learning, Big Data platforms, and workflow optimization technologies.
