• Nursa is a healthcare platform that connects qualified RNs, LPNs, and CNAs • Seeking experienced Account Executive for Missouri and Kansas markets • $140k OTE with uncapped commissions, $70k base, $70k variable target • Responsibilities include outbound prospecting and onboarding new facilities • Collaborate cross-functionally for new areas of opportunity
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably at a healthcare marketplace company • Demonstrated experience consistently hitting sales quotas • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and earn trust • Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup, or other dynamic environment a plus • Experience selling to SNF's, AL's and long-term care facilities • Based in Missouri or Kansas
