• Define and execute the HRIS roadmap aligned with Nuvei's business objectives. • Oversee the customization, integration, and enhancement of our HRIS platform to streamline operations. • Provide advanced support and guidance on HRIS functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience. • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and technology solutions. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in HR technology. • Ensure accuracy and reliability of HR data through regular audits and reporting. • Lead HRIS projects from design through implementation, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders. • Manage and optimize HRIS system functionality, including customization, testing, maintenance, and upgrades. • Manage permissions, access, and personalization settings for HRIS users. • Identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. • Collaborate with stakeholders on HRIS design, implementation, and integration projects. • Create and present data reports and summaries to support decision-making. • Train new team members on HRIS usage and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage API integrations and support technical projects within People Ops as needed. • Ensure alignment of HR processes and system performance across the organization.
• 6+ years of experience in HRIS management or related roles. • Experience managing HRIS across multiple regions, ensuring global consistency and compliance. • Passion for leveraging technology to drive HR operational excellence and employee experience. • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, including HiBob and ADP WorkforceNow is an asset • Familiarity with fintech or payment processing industry preferred. • Strong background in People Analytics, with knowledge of PowerBi preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical support skills. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
