Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, compute science, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. • Proven leadership experience in product management leadership within the payments industry, with a focus on North America. • Expertise in North American payment systems, acquiring processes, payment facilitation and ACH technologies. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn market insights into actionable product strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the payments industry. • 7+ years of experience in product leadership positions
