📋 Description

• Spearhead development of AI-powered manufacturability analysis capabilities at Xometry. • Define and communicate a compelling vision for the Manufacturability Intelligence platform. • Develop strategic roadmap to advance manufacturability analysis capabilities. • Lead development of manufacturability service providing accurate, real-time feedback on design feasibility. • Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build machine learning models. • Oversee integration of Visual Language Models and 3D Language Models. • Partner with UX/UI teams to create user-friendly interfaces showing manufacturability feedback. • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders for insights on design manufacturability. • Perform market research to identify gaps in current DFM tools and capabilities. • Define and track key performance metrics to measure manufacturability improvements. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturability solutions. • Advocate for adoption of new manufacturability features across teams and customers. • Present updates and recommendations to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML-powered products or manufacturability analysis tools in the manufacturing or engineering space. • Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful B2C, B2B or enterprise SaaS products in the manufacturing, e-commerce, or marketplace sectors. • Deep understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and computer vision, particularly in the context of 3D modeling and part analysis. • Experience working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software development teams to develop scalable AI solutions. • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding) and DFM principles is a plus. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and functions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on deriving insights from complex data and customer feedback. • Highly organized, with excellent project management skills and a demonstrated ability to execute on ambitious product roadmaps. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus. • Must be a US Citizen or GC holder.
