Description

• The Client Growth Manager is accountable for base business (retention) and new revenue growth from cross-selling along with up-sell of revenue from existing accounts. • Accountable for the achievement of revenue within the assigned Named Accounts. • Responsible for client revenue expectations, overall satisfaction, and new revenue growth through Nuvem’s product portfolio. • Facilitation of key activities related to new solution growth. • In line with the Nuvem’s Strategic Sales methodology, identify cross-sale and up-sale opportunities to increase revenue, and follow through to the sale of those opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience of Sales & Client Growth • Preferred 340B or Healthcare experience • Results driven • Identifying additional revenue opportunities within accounts • Ability to separate and navigate support vs. business operations • Selling skills specifically to managing a complex process involving multiple stakeholders • Business acumen to understand and communicate value • Story telling – ability to tell our value proposition • Establishing relationships within entire buying decision team • Problem solving • Collaborative and team-oriented
