• Collaborate with development teams to design and build IT infrastructure for development, test, staging, and production products • Coordinate with Senior members of the DevSecOps team to ensure secure and highly available build/test/deploy processes for IT infrastructure • Work closely with IT to support best practices related to security, application optimization, business processes, and issue resolutions • Administer servers by installing security patches, scripting database backup processes, and monitoring performance in Windows and Linux • Identify and develop process improvements and efficiencies • Document system requirements and standard operating procedures • Apply software development lifecycle methodology to ensure quality applications are designed, developed and delivered • Attend standup meetings and report progress to team
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, engineering or related field • Knowledge of industry best practices for building and maintaining highly available and secure products on-prem and in the cloud. • Demonstratable experience deploying and administering solutions in Amazon Web Services • Advanced experience administering Linux and Windows servers • Knowledge of container services, including Kubernetes and AWS ECS • Experience with common automation tools, such as Terraform and AWS CLI • Familiarity using JIRA, Confluence, or similar issue tracking software • Familiarity with security and compliance audits, such as SOC2, SOX, or ISO • Previous experience deploying and managing SIEM and monitoring tools such as DataDog and ELK Stack • Experience in scripting languages, particularly Python and Go • Understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB database configuration and administration
