β€’ Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) business in Florida, Georgia, Alabama β€’ Actively lead sales agents, setting goals with territory strategy β€’ Form relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners β€’ Provide expertise in the use of products and coordinate training of key contractors β€’ Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting benefits and value propositions β€’ Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets β€’ Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally β€’ Use Salesforce as a tool to lead opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales β€’ Ideally 5+ years of outside sales and/or territory management in the commercial electrical space β€’ Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office in FL or GA and travel 50% within the region; regular overnight trips expected due to sizeable region β€’ A current and valid driver's license is required β€’ Experience working with end-user customers on projects β€’ Ability to lead direct reports and/or sales agents/manufacturing sales partners β€’ Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably salesforce.com β€’ Organizational and time management skills with a passion for collaboration β€’ Strong preference for value-based selling β€’ Ability to walk/navigate a construction project
