• Serve as a regional security leader supporting the implementation of policies and technologies. • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the security team, including incident response, investigations, and threat management. • Develop security architectures that are resilient, scalable, and adaptable, and ensure the protection of critical assets, data, users, and systems. • Lead and help train the team ensuring we are well-prepared to handle security incidents. • Investigate and resolve security breaches and threats, providing detailed reports to leadership. • Collaborate with other leaders to determine security needs and integrate security measures into business operations. • Stay at the forefront of cyber threats and vulnerabilities, anticipating potential risks and driving proactive measures and updates to our strategy to safeguard the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, security management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • A minimum of 10+ overall years of experience in cyber security, with at least 5 years in strategic leadership roles. • Solid background in security operation, incident response and threat management. • Hands-on experience with security technologies and equipment, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems. • Extensive experience collaborating across functions and influencing multi-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to run and lead successful, diverse teams. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of managing and motivating a security team. • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures. • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across interpersonal boundaries and geographies.
