β€’ Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers β€’ Analyze and solve customer issues involving NVIDIA DGX and HGX platforms β€’ Take ownership and drive critical customer issues to resolution β€’ Collaborating with engineering to document, recreate and tackle issues β€’ Develop BOTs and other tools as part of solution engineering efforts

Requirements

β€’ BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience β€’ 1+ years experience in Python programming with the ability to develop scripts and build custom tools β€’ Experience with Chatbots and development using a RAG pipeline β€’ Experience developing in cloud and/or virtualized environments β€’ Excellent communication, verbal and written English skills
