Description

• Lead cross functional teams through system processes. • Provide technical and strategic support for the server systems and applications. • Support end users and monitor system usage/performance. • Responsible for backup and recovery of the operating system and third-party applications. • Perform duties for third-party application design, integration, support, installations, and configurations. • Act as a resource for resolving complex problems. • Identify and implement process/procedural improvements. • Provide technical leadership and support for our Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, APIs, Kong Building automation, applications, services, API, pipelines, containers and serverless functions. • Ensure SLA's are met, maintain the infrastructure for development.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the whole SDLC/DevOps and the involved roles. • Hands-on knowhow with script languages and system administration tasks. • Agile mindset, strong communication skills and proactive attitude. • Strong analytical and team collaboration skills. • Knowledge on tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Docker. • Scripting knowledge using Javascript, XML, Sql.
