Description

• Responsible for playing a crucial role in software development and implementation process • Ensure final product aligns with business needs and user expectations • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements • Perform documentation and reporting for system analysis • Present information and ideas to stakeholders • Support UAT activities with end-users to ensure test cases are executed as planned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering • 2+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements • Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, as well as other tools • Skilled in reporting and development using Tableau, Power BI, or other database and reporting tools • Experienced in system analysis and development using Salesforce • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a virtual team • Ability to manage to strict deadlines and perform tasks in a high-pressure environment • Effective communication skills, written and verbal • Strong in multitasking, completing sprint goals and managing changing priorities • Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively • Experience working remotely from a home office
