• Seeking a Junior Business Analyst-UAT to join our consulting team • Responsible for playing a crucial role in software development and implementation • Ensure final product aligns with business needs and user expectations before going live • Develop innovative solutions that drive data-driven decision-making processes across the organization • Collaborate with diverse teams to gather and analyze business requirements • Perform documentation and reporting • Communicating with end users to gather requirements and feedback • Perform system analysis and software testing
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Engineering • Financial industry experience a must • 1+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business requirements • Proficiency in SQL and JIRA, as well as other tools • Skilled in reporting and development using Tableau, Power BI, or other database and reporting tools • Experienced in system analysis and development using Salesforce • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a virtual team • Ability to manage to strict deadlines and prioritize in a high-pressure environment • Effective communication skills, written and verbal, go-getter attitude! • Strong in multitasking, completing sprint goals and managing changing priorities • Ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently and effectively • This hybrid position requires effective work from a home office even in moderate background noise
