Description

• Welcome to Oaky! We are looking for someone eager to get into customer success or a newcomer to the CS function in SaaS. • In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of customer success and how to take commercial responsibility for your customer portfolio. • You will play a crucial role in helping Oaky grow its customer base. • Reports To: VP of Customer Success. • You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve expected results from Oaky and engage with other teams to optimize customer growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Reservation Management/Front Office/Revenue Management. • Experience in and understanding of the SaaS industry is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Proficiency in English is a prerequisite. Any additional language is a plus.
