• Manage Day to day Operation and drive the effectiveness of the regional staffs to develop new programs and to achieve quality goals, reporting directly to Regional Manager. • Drive the Hiring/Training/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Tour Guides for products. • Driving the creation of a strong team of high performing Tour Guides who exemplify the company’s culture, values and team spirit. • Creating strong relationships with vendors and supporting buying and profitability goals in the region • Providing 24/7 Emergency support and driving resolutions of issues.

• Excellent leadership skills • Experience designing Tours • Deep Knowledge on UK and Ireland • Excellence orientated • Fluency in written & spoken English • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the regions, and be able to spend time on the road • The right aptitude and discipline to work from home • Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel • Experience managing offices of an international tour & travel company • Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendors in the travel/tourism business • Ability to implement the company’s performance driven strategy with a strong focus on Excellence • Passionate for Tourism and People • Experience managing offices of travel company
