Description

• Dv labs is a remote-first research and software development team focused on Proof of Stake infrastructure for public blockchain networks. • The core team is building the Obol Network, a protocol to foster trust-minimized staking through multi-operator validation. • You will lead talented teams of engineers dedicated to developing distributed validator products and drive technical delivery of features. • Act as the guardian of engineering best practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in Web3 and blockchain protocols. • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead a team in a Scrum environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, optimize development processes, and create and execute roadmaps. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java Script, Rust, or others relevant to blockchain and Web3. (mandatory) • Experience with Scrum and DevOps agile methodologies and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD). • Experience working remotely and collaborating within a globally distributed team.
