• The design team at Observe.AI is looking for an experienced and exceptional Principal Product Designer. • Design is at the heart of innovation at Observe.AI, where we predominantly and optimally use AI to fulfill most of our customer’s business needs. • You will be a change agent in reimagining and delivering our next level of user experience along with a vibrant, energetic and creative design team. • As a Principal Product Designer, your influence extends beyond your core team and projects, impacting the broader product pillars within the organization. • You'll design solutions aimed at increasing user efficiency across our applications. • Your ability to look beyond immediate tasks and consider long-term goals, such as building LLM powered products, will be crucial.

Requirements

• Large Language Model powered products such as Chatbot and Voicebot • Contact Center Industry domain knowledge
