• Lead the UX Team to create a consistent design strategy for products • Mentor designers to implement a holistic UX strategy aligned with business goals • Oversee end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of quality designs • Foster an environment for innovative solutions and ideas • About 10-20% travel required • Champion a user-centered design culture

Requirements

• 7+ year’s experience leading UI/UX design teams • Experience working on large scale B2B solutions • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead large, complex projects from concept to delivery and continuous improvement • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Supernova and Miro • Familiarity with JIRA, and agile UX • Familiarity with ML, AI, mobile and conversational UI • Demonstrated accountability, organizational skills, and analytical skills • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Design, Art, Interactive Design, Retail Merchandising, or a related digital media discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and technical training • An advanced degree is preferred • Background check required
