📋 Description

• Lead a team of skilled analysts to develop analytics for decision-making. • Oversee the delivery of information to support strategies for improving performance under value-based agreements. • Develop and integrate clinical, operational, and financial data for organizational decisions. • Apply methodologies for understanding cost and utilization patterns and conduct requirements analysis. • Plan, implement, and manage a business intelligence strategy to meet organizational objectives. • Creates strategy for data analytics that drive value through integrated systems. • Supports performance under Value-Based Agreements and identifies opportunities for success. • Manages staff and provides guidance on data manipulation and analysis techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, business administration or related field. • 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics/informatics including 5 years of management experience. • Experience using and managing staff with key analytical tools, including SQL, Tableau, SAS, Excel. • Exceptional healthcare business knowledge, including knowledge of hospitals, managed care/insurance products, and industry trends. • Exceptional analytical skills including biostatistics, predictive modeling, operational analytics, clinical/financial/utilization outcomes, and ROI calculations. • Strong data management knowledge and ability to collaborate with and lead technical staff. • Ability to innovate, make tough decisions and implement changes, be decisive, action-oriented, and results-driven. • Strong managerial and leadership skills, and ability to maintain strong working relationships at all levels. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects to meet deadlines. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to constructively challenge staff and other teams. • Ability to work independently, be a problem solver and decision maker, and develop solutions.
