• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field • 5 years’ experience in direct and progressively consultative compensation experience • Certifications Preferred – Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) • Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to stakeholders • Knowledge of compensation administration principles and procedures • Knowledge of federal and state wage and salary laws and regulations • Ability to develop reports from HRIS system, analyze data and present findings • Advanced knowledge of Excel including experience with formulas, VLookup and Pivot Tables • Ability to manage and/or lead multiple projects, set priorities and work independently
