• Manage relationships and facilitate process change management within Mortgage clients • Facilitate weekly in-person client meetings • Identify opportunities to adjust client processes • Act as the central point of contact for assigned customer base • Coordinate with teammates for consistent service • Track client account metrics • Help the team and company grow
🎯 Requirements
