Description
• Hands-on, experienced Product Manager to own part of product strategy and roadmap • Drive best practices for Mortgage product offering • Lead product strategy and work with engineering team for fulfillment • Drive client engagement, usage, and value proposition • Craft and own product roadmap, set priorities backed by data • Research competition, assess markets, analyze data • Align teams through process flows, business cases, strategy documents • Act as the regional SME for products and competitive solutions • Develop KPIs, monitor progress, and report on milestones • Identify new opportunities and educate stakeholders on tech backed offerings • Manage end-to-end delivery cycle of product features • Outline plan for product success and maintain existing features • Work with analytics teams to develop dashboards and reports • Obtain solid understanding of all Ocrolus solutions and mortgage offerings • Ideate and seek new market opportunities leveraging competencies in document processing • Proactively maintain client relationships across roles and departments
Requirements
• Strong background in product management, preferably fintech or mortgage offerings • Evidence of launching successful products in structured work environments • Analytical mindset to objectively evaluate the problem and impact • Possess a sound understanding of APIs and build solutions • Ability to articulate complex problems to a variety of audiences • Ability to convince and align internal stakeholders across all levels • Flare for good UI/ UX and a passion to deliver products • Focus on commercial success of products and services • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Experience with failure (e.g. product launch) and ability to course correct • Management Degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute • Knowledge of US Mortgage/ Fintech / Financial services / banking industry is preferred • 5+ years of Product Management experience
