🎯 Requirements
•Member of a US State Bar. •J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school. •5+ years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm or financial services business. •Excellent negotiation, consultation, and analytical skills. •Knowledge of 3rd party risk assessments and applying a vendor management program. •Ability to proactively manage a diverse and complex workload, while maintaining priorities and driving towards successful outcomes. •Solid written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate complex legal issues into concise and practical guidance to laymen across the company. •Excellent strategic business insight and personal integrity. •Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful, diligent, and comfortable acting in the face of ambiguity. •Advanced skills with the Google Suite, MS Office, DocuSign and other online platforms. •Demonstrating effective project and time management skills. •Operate autonomously.
