📋 Description
• OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. • OCT has multiple openings for analysts with specialized experience in contract closeout activities, including financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout. • Qualified candidates will possess minimum of 10 years of relevant contract closeout experience as a federal government employee, member of the Armed Forces, or contractor. • Expertise in closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs is required. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success.
🎯 Requirements
• A minimum of ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience • Bachelor's Degree is required • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel and SharePoint • Experience with PRISM and FFMS is a plus • Knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Federal contract closeout processes and procedures • Must be a US Citizen • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (the investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check)
