🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of working with a design system that multiple teams use • 7+ years of working in product design • Experience working on a b2b saas product or complex domain space • Experience with implementing and maintaining design tokens at scale • Experience with behavioral analytics and data-driven outcomes • Experience with usability testing and communicating research findings • Expert proficiency in Figma • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS)
