📋 Description
• Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform • Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion • Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer • Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL , data ingestion or system configuration • Utilize our platform to deliver weekly data deliveries • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and reduce manual effort • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations • Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with clients’ existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality • Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges • Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards
🎯 Requirements
• Strong technical foundation: proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, SQL), database management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, ) • Experience with data migration and ETL tools • Experience with large data technologies such as PySpark and Snowflake • Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks • Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
