Description

• Manage the Accounts Payable function including vendor invoices and credit cards; ensuring proper coding of expenses • Ensure compliance with government regulations, including FAR and CAS. • Responsible for the monthly reconciliations of Liability accounts including accruals and journal entries • Assist with the on-going Unanet ERP system application augmentation • Cross-trained to back up Accounts Receivable and Project setup • Support the Controller and Finance Director in financial analysis and special projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of government contracting experience • Minimum 3 years as Staff or Senior Accountant • Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically • Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
