📋 Description

• Join Odisea Cultura, working with startups using drones for data analytics in construction. • Lead customer onboarding for Land Development Projects, ensuring smooth transitions. • Oversee project setups, manage timelines, and coordinate with clients and teams. • Serve as primary contact during onboarding, resolving issues and gathering feedback. • Collaborate with operations and GIS teams to address project-related concerns. • Maintain customer communication on project status and updates, document processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience. • PMP certification desired. • Position requires a minimum of 3 years of client delivery and/or project management experience in a cloud-based/SaaS company. • Domain Expertise in residential Land Development preferred: Home Builder, Grading Contractors, Civil or Geotechnical Engineers. • Strong understanding of SaaS products and implementation processes. • Excellent project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience managing client relationships. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Visio. • Ability to work individually and as part of a team • High level of integrity and work ethic • Ability to learn and navigate software platforms quickly • Proficient written and verbal communication in English (CEFR Grade C2) • Ability to receive honest and candid feedback about work performance • Ability to multi-task, as well as detail-oriented.
