🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field • Have at least one of the following certifications, or similar: Project Management Professional (PMP), Construction Project Management (CPMC), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) • 4 years experience project managing construction, smart IoT equipment installation and commissioning, or managing building operations with smart IoT building systems • Experience in fieldwork and an understanding of metering infrastructure are desirable • Strong background in utility metering systems (electric, water, gas) is highly preferred • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Zoho Desk) and managing maintenance workflows • Data-driven mindset with a natural focus on analyzing and improving processes • Ability to effectively juggle multiple competing priorities • A natural commitment to continuous learning and improvement
