Description

• This is a cross-functional operations role focused on architecting, coordination, project execution, and building the foundation necessary to scale the business. • Identify business inefficiencies and create execution plans to turn our weaknesses into strengths. Areas include procurement, vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, office management, company program management and company travel. • Manage and work closely with our Senior Operations Manager, together, building the roadmap for the operations department. • Lead in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. • Drive long-term operational excellence, ensuring key projects have clear milestones, success measures, and operational plans. • Be a liaison between departments in cross-functional projects. • Effectively allocate resources and prioritize your own work, with strong day to day decision making.

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-past startup environment. • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience with ability to both manage and be an individual contributor. • Problem solver and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Outstanding project management skills. • Analytical approach to problem solving. • Team player who is comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment. • High empathy and strong business EQ. • Humble with a results-focused mindset, bringing excellence to everything you do • Track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects with multiple partners successfully. • Proactive mindset and thrives in an unstructured environment. • Proven track record of gaining and maintaining leadership trust. • Prioritizes the mentorship and training of team members.
