Description
• The Lead, Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing operations processes to drive revenue growth and efficiency • This role will sit on a centralized Operations team focusing on revenue and report into the Director of Revenue Operations.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes • Experience working at an early stage start up or an organization experiencing hypergrowth • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and integrating it with various systems • Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software • Excellent leadership and organizational skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing and revenue data to drive strategic decisions • An obsession with detail
